50年代Be-Bop的な枯れたサウンドと速いフレーズにも対応するよう開発されたGroovin’ Highなモデル
16”サイズ、スプルース単板トップ＆メイプル合板サイド&バックボディ。トップには他モデル同様Detroit One Blockが搭載されスプルース単板ながらも枯れたトーンに音の押し出し感を増しており、50年代Be-Bopで奏でられた速いフレーズも対応。胴厚は70mmとThin BodyとDeep Bodyの中間的であり、音のスピードと中低域の豊かさを両立している。ヴォリュームを少し絞れば枯れたトーンが顕著となり、1 P.U.モデルながら幅の広い音楽性に対応。出荷時の弦は３弦ラウンド弦の.012-.052ゲージセットであるが、もう少し細めの弦セットにすれば音のサスティーンもより感じられ、もう少しモダンな音楽性にも対応できるだろう。
16” size, solid spruce top and maple laminate sides and back. Like other models in the series, the top features the Detroit One Block, which—despite the solid spruce—adds projection to the mature tone, making it well-suited for the fast phrases of ’50s bebop. With a body depth of 70mm—a midpoint between thin and deep body designs—it balances tonal speed with rich mid-to-low frequencies. Turning the volume down slightly brings out the mature tone more prominently, allowing this single-pickup model to accommodate a wide range of musical styles. It ships with a .012–.052 gauge set of round strings on the third string, but switching to a slightly thinner set will enhance sustain and make the guitar better suited for more modern musical styles.

音の芯のある枯れたトーンを得られるKING SNAKE独自な作りとなっている。そのトップ単板とバック合板の組み合わせによりスピード感のあるBe-Bop的なプレイにおいても音がもたつくことなく心地よいサラッとしてトーンを与えてくれている。
Featuring KING SNAKE’s unique construction, this guitar produces a dry tone with a solid core. The combination of a solid top and laminated back ensures a smooth, crisp tone without any muddiness, even during fast-paced bebop-style playing.
「独自の極薄ニトロセルロース・ラッカー仕上げ」
通常のラッカー塗装の塗膜厚よりも薄い木部下地の目止め無く極薄ニトロセルロース・ラッカー・フィニッシュのためためにスプルース単板削り出しトップの振動を含むセレクトされたボディ、ネックの持つ「木の鳴り」をダイレクトに響かせ、見た目もワイルドかつ独自の質感を与えている。
The body and neck are selected for their ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish, which is thinner than the normal lacquer coating thickness, and contains the vibration of the spruce veneer top, directly resonating the "wood sound" of the neck, giving it a wild and unique texture.

Thin BodyとDeep Bodyの中間的な胴厚により、サウンドの深み、ふくよかさと音のスピード、キレの共存を可能にしている。With a body thickness that falls between “Thin Body” and “Deep Body,” it allows for a harmonious blend of depth and richness in the sound with speed and clarity.

サウンド的にトップ単板特有のプレーン弦寄りなサウンドとならぬようキレがありながらも力強いトーンとなるようアルニコ4を採用。ターン数を少し多めにテンションを緩めにワインド。またハウリング対策に よりワックスポッテッド仕様となっている。
To avoid the sound typical of top-grade solid-wood pickups—which tends to lean toward a plain-string sound—we’ve selected Alnico 4 to achieve a tone that’s both crisp and powerful. The coil is wound with slightly more turns and at a lower tension. Additionally, it features a wax-spotted finish to help prevent feedback.
